The Hunger Scale Masterclass Workshop with T
Women don't actually have a food problem.
Please stop believing that lie.
I finally did after decades of believing so.
We have a listening problem.
And NOT because we're broken...
Because we've spent years listening to everyone except ourselves.
Calories.
Macros.
Meal plans.
What time it is.
What someone on Instagram eats.
What the scale said that morning.
And somewhere along the way, they stopped asking the only question that really matters:
"What is happening inside my body right now?"
That was the heart of this hour-long masterclass workshop.
We talked about why the hunger scale isn't another diet rule or another way to control yourself.
It's simply a language-learning tool.
A way to rebuild trust with your body so that one day you don't have to think so hard anymore. You just know.
You know when you're ready to eat.
You know when you've had enough.
You know what and when food sounds wonderful... and when what you're actually craving is relief, rest, creativity, connection, or a break.
One of my favorite things we talked about was this:
The goal isn't to eat as little as possible. Or only certain “approved” foods.
The goal is to eat in a way that lets food add to your life instead of requiring recovery from it.
Imagine finishing dinner feeling...
"Ahhh... that was delicious and exactly enough."
Then getting up to play with your kids.
Go for a walk.
Put on your favorite jeans.
Create something beautiful.
Go on your date.
Live your life.
Not because you "were good" today...
Because your meal actually supported the life you're trying to create.
We also dug into some of the biggest struggles women have:
• "I'm afraid to wait until I'm hungry."
• "I can't tell what number I am."
• "I ate past comfortable... now what?"
• "I'm hungry again two hours later."
• "I stopped at a 5... but I still want more."
And my answer might surprise you.
Not punishment.
Not restriction.
Not starting over Monday.
Just...
Notice.
Learn.
Continue.
That's how body wisdom is built.
In this workshop, I begin to show you exactly how to do it.
One of my favorite reminders from the workshop was this:
Your body isn't a math problem you're trying to solve.
It's a relationship you're learning to participate in.
And your body wants exactly what you are dreaming for it.
If that made your shoulders drop just a little...
I think you'll really love this replay.
Grab your journal, make it messy and honest, and spend an hour reconnecting with the one person whose opinion matters most when it comes to your plate...
You.
If I can, you can. 🤍
Xx,
T
P.S. If you find yourself thinking, "I understand this... but I don't quite know how to do it in my own life," that's exactly where coaching comes in. My private coaching is where we take these concepts and apply them to your body, your eating habits, your goals, and your life. And if you're looking for ongoing support each month, I'd love to have you inside the Workshop Membership. We keep building this relationship with ourselves together—one beautiful conversation at a time. Reach out to me for next level support.
