• You’ve done T’s Intuitive Eating Program and know the process, but are not following through/getting stuck
• You want gentle, consistent accountability with maybe a little tough love and a touch of sass as needed
• You notice sabotage or avoidance when things start going well
• You value staying connected over being “perfect”
• You want support that helps you build self-trust, not dependence
• You’re willing to spend ~10 intentional minutes a day staying honest with yourself
